Our aim
Regain-X wants to work with you, to capitalise on such a booming non-surgical industry and create its own identity by making the masses aware of these aesthetic therapies which are safe, affordable and result oriented.
To meet the rising demand, Regain-X offers registered nurses/doctors/non-medics a unique opportunity to become our Aesthetic Network Practitioner(ANP). Along with full training you can also earn extra income. We generate leads through online marketing & network partnerships like GPs,beauty spas, salons and medical tourism agencies, etc.
Why do we do what we do?
There has been a recent increase of nurses who are showing interest to explore the aesthetic industry. Many are willing to pay for expensive courses in order to get certified. Unfortunately, upon completion of these courses, their skills go redundant as they don’t have regular clients to practice on.
This is either due to lack of business acumen or inadequate knowledge due to insufficient trainings or lack of confidence to promote their treatment packages and their business.
RegainX offers a unique platform for nurses/doctors/non-medics to constantly learn and increase their practice by offering them a position to become one of our Aesthetic Network Practitioners(ANP). The goal for them to run their own thriving business, utilizing all their new skills.

- Welcome offer letter and invoice- Successful candidates will be sent an offer letter via email summarising the course, payment and finer details.
- Onboarding call - You will receive an onboarding call from your account manager who will run through the offer letter and invoice and answer any outstanding questions or concerns. You will then sign and return the offer letter and make payment. Once we have received your payment we can begin your enrollment
- Enrollment – You will receive all course materials and theory documentation in due course with further instruction. You’re ready to go!
Our training ethos
- We believe in providing meaningful mentoring in which ANPs should feel the value of association but not the brunt of cost to learn a new skill. We have a practice room with mannequins to practice on. You can utalise this room as often as you wish until you feel confident to practice on a live model and we have all the facilities and products waiting for you.
- We provide in depth training with regular practice sessions to enable our learners to gain confidence & efficiency on all the skills prior to being qualified.
- We provide a platform for ANPs to learn and update their knowledge on regular basis.
- All ANPs must be of a high standard when they finish the course. Learners will be trained in depth and tested before we refer them any clients. We do not put a timeframe on our courses as we want learners to finish the course feeling confident and capable
- Every ANP will have dedicated ‘Accounts Manager’ who will be their first point of contact regarding all their training needs. We want you to feel part of our team.
- We aim to one day invite our ANPs to become our future trainers.
How we run things
The courses are taught by our mentors and trainers who are medical doctors and senior nurses. They have overall industry-based knowledge with 10-15 years of practicing experience.
The Learn and Earn Scheme
The ‘Learn and Earn’ scheme allows you to bring your own models for your practical training sessions on the first & last Saturday of every month, and earn profit from this. We are willing to offer live models 30% discount (on market price) and 15% as a commission to ANPs. Treatment price can be decided over the telephone consultation in advance.
Our trainers will be additionally available on these 2 days of every month to guide and support ANPs
to perform procedures on their live models
Aftercare & Support
Aftercare and support will be given to ANPs through literatures and live experiences during their course. We will provide all your customers with a call center supported by our hair and beauty experts. Our call center experts will provide customers with free consultations, details on their appointment status and queries related to procedures.
Insurance to practice
We will facilitate all ANPs in obtaining the required insurance to practice aesthetics under RegainX and separately for their own clients. This will be covered during the course. We are insured with Hiscox Insurance a well recommended company amongst the medical professionals.
First come first served
We usually assign only one ANP to a designated area unless the demand in that area increases or we found a problem with the existing ANP. Therefore the sooner you decide to come on board with us, the better for you!

Question. Who delivers the training?
Answer. Our theory & practical sessions for Botox & Dermal fillers are conducted by an experienced doctor. Our practical sessions (PRP injections only) are conducted by an experienced senior nurse.
Question. What are the contractual agreement terms?
Answer. Once you have completed your training you will receive a permanent contract. You will then be delegated prospective clients with us on an ‘on call’ basis.
Question Do you provide models to practice on?
Answer. Yes, we provide training using mannequins and live models. You can also bring your own clients as part of the *’Learn and Earn’ scheme.
Question. When are the training sessions?
Answer. We deliver two full days training per month and an additional two days for ‘Learn and Earn’ (first & last Saturday of every month), you can coordinate this with your account manager once you are learning with us). Answer. The ‘Learn and Earn’ scheme allows you to bring your own models for your practical training sessions on the first & last Saturday of every month, and earn profit from this.
Question. How does your operational model work, and how many referrals from you should I expect?
Answer. Initially we provide you with 5 – 10 referrals per month. We will assign you a suitable geographical area with no more than two Aesthetic Network Practitioners (ANP’s) in this location. We will ensure we have referrals with a scope of 25 -100 partners, in and around your location prior to you coming on board with us. The number of referral partners can be increased by utilising your performance, technique, confidence, skills and rapport. This is your chance to shine!
Question. Will all the clients be based in my location?
Answer. Your client base will be within a 5 mile radius of your designated area. This can be expanded upon request, based on demand and performance.
Question. Do you provide all products and materials for the course?
Answer. Yes, all products and equipment is provided by us. You just need to bring yourself and your skills

Question. Do you sell any products or equipment?
Answer. Yes RegainX sells PRP treatment kits at a very reasonable price. Please speak with your account manager and they can find the perfect kit for you. Details of the products available can be found on our website.
Question. How often do you run ‘refresher’ courses?
Answer. We run 2 full day courses on Botox & dermal fillers per month and 2 full day courses on PRP hair, vampire facial, cupping every alternate month. You are welcome to join any of these as refresher training. If you need any help in the interim you can speak with your account manager who will seek advice on our behalf from one of our doctors or nurses.
